DishaDarshi is a career guidance platform for Class 9–12 students — built to help them and their families make better-informed education and career decisions through structured assessments, expert interpretation, and practical exploration tools.

What we focus on

Class 9–10: Stream readiness and subject direction — before the Class 11 choice is made
Class 11–12: Career and college pathway clarity — beyond default JEE/NEET tracks
Families (B2C), Schools/Institutes (B2B), and Independent counsellors (partner ecosystem)

The problem we solve

Students choosing streams based on marks, peer pressure, or incomplete awareness
Confusion between what a student enjoys, is good at, and what is viable
Guidance that is too generic, too salesy, or driven by hidden incentives
No structured, credible, accessible option in Tier 2 and Tier 3 India

THE FOUNDER

Built from lived experience.

Anant Kulkarni is the Founder of FuturePath Labs, the parent entity behind DishaDarshi. He holds an MBA from IIM Sambalpur and a B.E. from Pune University, and brings experience across FMCG, BFSI, education, startups, NGOs, and government in India and abroad.

The idea for DishaDarshi emerged in part from his own journey of confusion around career decisions, and from years of seeing students make high-stakes choices without access to structured, unbiased, and context-fit guidance. What began as a personal question gradually became deeper research — and eventually, DishaDarshi.

Through DishaDarshi, he is building a more thoughtful, evidence-led approach to career guidance for students and families. He also supports Bhavarth Kathak Arts Space, a performing arts venture, in a leadership and advisory capacity.
