These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of DishaDarshi, a career guidance initiative operated by FuturePath Labs.

By accessing the website, submitting any form, taking an assessment, booking a session, or using any DishaDarshi service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are a parent or guardian allowing a minor to use DishaDarshi, you accept these Terms on the minor's behalf and are responsible for the minor's use of the service.

1. About DishaDarshi: DishaDarshi is a career guidance platform for students in Classes 9–12. It provides structured assessments, reports, counselling support, and school-based guidance programmes, operated by FuturePath Labs.

DishaDarshi is a guidance and decision-support service. It does not provide medical, psychiatric, or clinical psychological treatment. It does not guarantee admission to any institution, academic outcomes, employment, or career success.

2. Eligibility

• Students must be 10 years of age or older to use the platform independently.

• Users under 18 require parent or guardian involvement where applicable.

• School and institutional users must be authorised representatives of a valid organisation responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from parents or guardians of students.

• Any information provided to us must be accurate and complete.

3. Registration and User Information

Where registration, booking, or login is required:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.

• You are responsible for keeping your login or booking details secure.

• You must inform us promptly at support@dishadarshi.com if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.

• One individual account should correspond to one user, unless otherwise permitted in an institutional context.

4. Services and Availability: DishaDarshi may offer different services, packages, and formats including online and in-person student guidance, assessments and reports, counselling sessions, school and institute programmes, and free and paid features. Service scope, pricing, formats, and availability may change over time. Where changes materially affect an active service, we will provide reasonable notice. Paid services begin only after payment confirmation and booking or access activation, as applicable.

5. Payments and Refunds

• Payments are processed through our authorised payment gateway. We do not store card or payment credential data.

• All fees are in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.

• Pricing is as displayed or communicated at the point of booking.

• Refunds, where allowed, are governed by the Refund Policy available on our website. Where a refund is permitted, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Discovery Call fees (₹299) are redeemable against a subsequent purchase within 7 days. If redeemed, no refund applies to the discovery call amount.

• Group discounts are applied at checkout. Only one discount may be applied per order.

• Any special offers or bundles are governed by the specific conditions stated at the time of purchase.

6. Intellectual Property: All content and materials associated with DishaDarshi — including assessment frameworks, reports and report formats, questions and question structures, copy, design, layouts, branding, platform features, methodology, and guidance materials — are owned by or licensed to FuturePath Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially use any DishaDarshi content without prior written permission.

Reports generated for a student are provided for that student's personal use and family guidance purposes only, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

7. Acceptable Use: You agree not to:

• Use DishaDarshi for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose

• Attempt to copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or extract assessment questions, scoring logic, or platform materials

• Create multiple accounts or submissions to exploit free access or misuse the platform

• Misrepresent your identity or relationship to a student

• Upload, submit, or transmit harmful, offensive, abusive, or misleading content

• Interfere with the platform's security, integrity, or normal functioning

8. Service Limitations and Important Disclaimers: This section is important. Please read it carefully. DishaDarshi assessments, reports, and counselling sessions are intended as guidance tools, not final determinations.

• Assessments do not diagnose a student.

• Reports do not definitively determine capability, suitability, or future success.

• Counsellor inputs are informed professional opinions, not guarantees.

• Educational and career environments change over time.

• Any decision taken by the student or family remains their own responsibility.

DishaDarshi aims to support better decision-making through structure and clarity. It does not guarantee a specific stream, college, course, admission, job, or career outcome.

9. Privacy and Data Use: Use of DishaDarshi is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using DishaDarshi, you acknowledge that personal data may be collected and processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Services: DishaDarshi may rely on or integrate third-party tools and services such as payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics tools, form tools, assessment engines, and communication services. We are not responsible for the independent privacy practices, uptime, or terms of those third-party providers. Users should review their policies separately where relevant.

11. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DishaDarshi and FuturePath Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the platform or services.

• Our liability for any direct claim relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.

• We are not liable for delays, interruptions, or service limitations caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Suspension or Termination: You may stop using DishaDarshi at any time by contacting support@dishadarshi.com.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where necessary in cases such as violation of these Terms, fraudulent behaviour, misuse of the platform, or conduct harmful to DishaDarshi or other users.

Report access entitlements for paid services will be honoured for 30 days following termination, after which access may cease. Data handling after termination will follow the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from use of DishaDarshi should first be raised through our grievance or support process. If the matter remains unresolved, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nanded, Maharashtra.

15. Changes to These Terms: We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operating model, or applicable law. Where changes are material, we will notify users through email or a website notice at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of DishaDarshi after such updates may be treated as acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by law.
