These Terms of Use ('Terms') govern your access to and use of the DishaDarshi platform, operated by FuturePath Labs ('we', 'us', 'our'). Please read these Terms carefully before using our platform. By accessing or using DishaDarshi, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are a parent or guardian allowing a minor to use the platform, you accept these Terms on the minor's behalf and are responsible for the minor's compliance.

1. About DishaDarshi

DishaDarshi is a career guidance platform providing psychometric assessments, structured career guidance reports, and counselling sessions to students in Classes 8–12. It is operated by FuturePath Labs.

DishaDarshi is a guidance and decision-support service. It does not provide medical, psychological, or psychiatric services. It does not guarantee admission to any institution, career outcomes, or employment.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 13 years of age or older to create an account.
Users under 18 years of age require parental or guardian consent to access assessments and counselling services.
Schools and institutions accessing DishaDarshi under a B2B agreement must be duly registered entities and are responsible for ensuring appropriate consent is obtained from parents/guardians of students.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must notify us immediately at support@dishadarshi.in of any unauthorised access to your account.
One account per individual user. Institutional accounts are governed by the B2B agreement.

4. Services and Tiers

DishaDarshi offers multiple service tiers, including free and paid options, as detailed on our website. Service features, pricing, and availability may change. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to existing subscribers.

Paid services are activated on receipt of payment confirmation. Service delivery timelines are specified at the point of purchase.

5. Payments and Refunds

Payments are processed through our designated payment gateway. We do not store card or payment credential data.
All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Refund eligibility is as stated in our Refund Policy (available at [URL]). Where a refund is permitted, it will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Discovery Call fees (₹299) are redeemable against a subsequent purchase within 30 days. If redeemed, no refund applies to the discovery call amount.
Group discounts are applied at checkout. Only one discount may be applied per order.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on DishaDarshi — including assessment frameworks, report formats, question sets, design, copy, and methodology — is owned by FuturePath Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Users may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any DishaDarshi content without written permission.
Assessment reports generated for a user are licensed to that user for personal use only. They may not be commercially distributed or used to provide guidance services to third parties.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract assessment questions or scoring logic
Create multiple accounts to exploit free tier access
Misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or relationship to a student
Upload or transmit harmful, defamatory, or offensive content
Interfere with the security or integrity of the platform

8. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

This section is important. Please read it carefully.

DishaDarshi assessments and reports are guidance tools. They are not diagnoses, medical evaluations, or certifications of any kind.
Assessment results reflect tendencies and patterns at a point in time. They do not definitively determine a person's capabilities, suitability for a career, or educational outcomes.
Career and educational environments change. Our guidance is based on available information and is not a guarantee of future outcomes.
Counsellors on the platform provide professional opinions. These opinions represent informed guidance, not binding determinations.
We are not liable for decisions made by users or their families based on DishaDarshi reports or counsellor recommendations.

9. Data and Privacy

Use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

10. Third-Party Services

The platform may integrate third-party services (payment gateways, hosting, analytics). DishaDarshi is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party services. Please review their policies independently.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

DishaDarshi and FuturePath Labs are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
Our total liability in any matter arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@dishadarshi.in. Data deletion will follow the process in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct harmful to the platform or other users.
Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases. Report access entitlements for paid services will be honoured for 30 days following termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
In case of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through our grievance process (see Section 14).
Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nanded, Maharashtra.

15. Changes to Terms
