DishaDarshi is a career guidance platform for Class 9–12 students — built to help them and their families make better-informed education and career decisions through structured assessments, expert interpretation, and practical exploration tools.

What we focus on

• Class 9–10: Stream readiness and subject direction — before the Class 11 choice is made

• Class 11–12: Career and course clarity — for students who need to think beyond default assumptions

• Available for individual students and families (B2C) and schools and institutes (B2B)

THE FOUNDER

Built from lived experience.

Anant Kulkarni is the Founder of FuturePath Labs, the parent entity behind DishaDarshi. He grew up in Marathwada, studied at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, and went on to clear GATE, score 99+ percentile in MBA-CET and 96+ percentile in CAT, before completing his MBA from IIM Sambalpur, where he received the highest placement packages in his batch.

His career took him across continents — from working internationally in Africa for three and a half years to serving as Manager at NPS Trust under the Ministry of Finance in Delhi, where he led national-level campaigns and programmes.

Through all of this, one question stayed with him: why do so many students still have to make life-shaping decisions about streams, careers, and education without the kind of guidance they need when it matters most?

He could have built DishaDarshi in Pune or Mumbai. He chose Nanded deliberately — because the students who need structured, honest, evidence-led guidance the most are often the ones with the least access to it. DishaDarshi is his attempt to change that — starting from Nanded, with the ambition to build for India.
